I ORDERED MY BOX! NOW WHEN WILL I GET IT?

We ship the current month's box out by the 10th of the month (or the following business day).

HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

As a thank you, all of our customers that place orders consecutively earn free shipping! That means, pay to ship once ($5 flat rate, us), and you will receive a special email that includes a code specifically for you to use on the following month's box. Codes expire, so you can only use it for the month after you've purchased (for example, the free shipping code inside November's box will work for December, but not January).

HOW WILL MY BOX SHIP?

Via USPS first class mail and will take 3-5 days.

WHEN DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER BY?

All orders must be placed by the 1st of the month!

WHAT DO I DO WITH THE STUFF IN MY BOX?

Each month we will include a little post on our blog (and plenty of inspiration on our Instagram) on how to use and style your new Wilde House goods.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I WANT THIS MONTH'S BOX?

Make sure to check out our moodboard post on the blog that goes live the day you can start purchasing the new box. We also share little peeks on our Instagram! But trust us, you want it.

WHAT COMES IN THE BOX?

Each month is different, but is designed around a theme. It will contain mostly paper items (prints, cards, tags, posters, etc.) but occasionally we like to throw in a thing or two that plays nicely with that month's theme.

CAN I ORDER EXTRA BOXES AS GIFTS?

You sure can, and we recommend it! They come perfectly packaged so you don't have to do anything but click buy. Please just make sure to place a separate order so that they will ship to each of your lucky pals accordingly. We also offer a gift option that includes a wilde card and handwritten message!
