Introducing a new monthly series for the year ahead – Meaningful Momentos.
Created from a desire to lean into establishing new rituals, we will be sharing a meaningful journal prompt at the start of each month to inspire you to journal with reflection and intention. We encourage our community to complete the prompt and send it back to us to share with our Wilde Woman community at large. Journaling has been shown to have many benefits –
like improving physical, mental, and emotional health. This small process evokes mindfulness and brings about intentionality to one’s thoughts and feelings. This in turn can help to lower stress, manage stressful experiences, as well as boost memory. Journaling daily creates a greater sense of happiness through an elevated emotional well-being.
What are some things that give you a sense of meaning and connection?
Create space to evaluate the things in your life that serve a purpose. Now, of those items what pieces hold a sense of meaning and connection for you? Whether it's an heirloom piece of jewelry passed down from a loved one or an art piece in your space that inspires you every time you in its' presence. The items that we surround ourselves with should hold value as they are holding space in your day to day interactions and energy.
In this series, we hope to encourage you that this is the place to begin. Release the need to write perfectly, or have the right words to say; sometimes you just have to start. Let the words pour out and feel the lightness that comes with expressing your innermost thoughts.
