Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing various marketing initiatives to support the growth and success of Wilde House Paper. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently to execute marketing campaigns across various channels. They will also need to collaborate/partner closely with the co-founders and be a strategic thinker who can identify new opportunities and pivot as needed.

Responsibilities
• Create and execute new product launch strategies, including go-to-market plans, promotions, and core product campaigns.
• Implement email/SMS programming, including monthly campaigns and automated flows to drive customer engagement, retention, product reviews and sales.
• Manage and build influencer/content creator relationships through strategic gifting; focusing on newness and core products.
• Oversee paid advertising strategies (in partnership with the co-founders) on Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google, and other platforms as needed to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Develop and execute our website content and social media strategy; including but not limited to PDP copy/assets, web and social photos/videos, while ensuring that all aligns with our brand values and resonates with our target audience.
• Identify and develop strategic brand partnerships to expand our reach.
• Create a press pitching strategy to secure media coverage to drive brand awareness.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience with 360 marketing tactics across email/SMS, affiliate/influencer programs, paid advertising platforms, content, social media and influencer.
• Creative thinker with a passion for creating engaging marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies.
•Able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-moving, startup environment.
• Remote role with the ability to work standard working hours on Pacific Standard Time.
Note: This role will be contract to start with the opportunity for full time as the team grows.
