Wilde House Paper is a sustainable paper goods collection that began as an intentional space where inspired ideas have the space and potential to grow into something bigger. Our Creative Team is at the core of every interaction that we have with our community and clients. Everything that is seen from a visual brand perspective, we create in-house – branding, social, print, packaging, photo + video and web. Balancing our brand creative efforts as well as select design clients, our team is well-rounded and has their hands in every interaction.


We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to grow our brand presence and drive strategic growth through creative ideas and data-driven approaches. Our ideal candidate possesses a hybrid marketing mindset and a passion for the Wilde House Paper brand as a whole.

Being a fast growing, multi faceted brand, the candidate must be a motivated self-starter that can take initiative on leading new ideas and can easily collaborate with our in-house team to make them come to life. As a small but powerful team, we are looking for someone who thrives in a tight-knit collaborative environment. We are always seeking to push the boundaries and innovate within the lifestyle space – our ideal candidate must share those same ambitions.

  • Develop and own a multi-channel approach to acquisition, including social, search, affiliate, influencer, email, partnerships, video, and offline channels.
  • Implement current brand data to create customer personas and identify key stages in the customer journey.
  • Develop impactful email marketing strategies using segmentation and targeting through innovative brand angles.
  • Brainstorm and communicate new ideas to increase customer engagement and experience. Stay on top of new marketing trends and vet their pertinence to our brand. Suggest ideas for new platforms, strategies, and ways to streamline our strategies.
  • Lead the evolution of the WH brand voice, in content and messaging across paid, organic, and owned channels.
  • Understand the WH brand as a whole. Protect brand DNA and authenticity while optimizing as much as possible.
  • Lead product marketing, partnering closely with our in-house Designer & Creative Director.
  • Serve as the strategic lead for brand activations, answering the questions; Where should WH products be? What do we want to get from a given partnership? How does this serve our goals?
  • Collaborate and manage out-of-house partners including social media content and photographers.
  • Collaborate with wholesale sales to ensure all wholesale initiatives are in direct support of company marketing goals.
  • Collaborate closely with our CEO on all relevant projects and initiatives.
  • Have a pulse on what's up & coming.
  • Manage our robust social calendar and collaborate with the team to bring new ideas to the table & make initiatives come to life.
  • Proactive, trust-worthy, motivated, positive and a team player.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and analyze data as needed.
  • Passionate about intentional design and innovative concepts.
  • Must be an outside the box thinker; able to both follow and break plan when information warrants it.
  • 1+ years of relevant marketing leadership experience working at a comparable lifestyle brand or in the design + wellness space.
  • Values original ideas and is extremely detail-oriented.
  • Proven track record with developing and leading results-oriented marketing strategies.
  • Thrives in an environment that is fast-paced and ever-evolving.
  • Must demonstrate strong strategic, creative, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Easily collaborates on a small team and can wear multiple hats.
  • Has an innate feel for social media platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok and can concept with those platform requirements in mind.
  • Feels confident writing on-brand copy.
  • Strong communication and personal skills.
  • An overall positive person who is passionate about Wilde House Paper.
  • Ideally is based or willing to relocate to San Luis Obispo, California. *Remote applications will be considered.
