WHERE WILL MY ART SHIP FROM?
All unframed and framed art prints will ship directly from our partner Simply Framed.
WILL MY ART SHIP SEPARATELY IF I ALSO HAVE OTHER GOODS IN MY ORDER?
Yes, all other goods in your order will ship separately in our normal shipping timeframe to ensure that your goods get to you as soon as possible.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON ART?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping on any unframed or framed art prints.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY UNFRAMED ART PRINT TO SHIP?
Unframed art prints will ship within 2 weeks, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY FRAMED ORDER TO SHIP?
Framed art prints will ship within 4 weeks, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS ON ART PRINTS?
Please note all unframed and framed art prints are made to order and therefore purchases of either are considered final at the time of checkout. We do not accept returns on unframed or framed art prints.
WHAT SIZES OF PRINTS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer all of our prints in 8"x10", 11"x14", 16"x20" and 24"x36". Please reach out if you are looking for a custom size.
HOW DO YOUR UNFRAMED ART PRINTS SHIP?
Our 8"x10" and 11"x14" unframed art prints will ship flat. Our 16"x20" and 24"x36" unframed art prints will come packaged rolled in a tube.
HOW DOES FRAMING WORK?
All prints are framed by hand in made to order museum quality frames through our partnership with Simply Framed. Sourced from the US and created with solid maple, we offer framing color options in Natural, White, and Black. Frames come complete with UV-shielding plexiglass and are pre-installed with hanging accessories for seamless installation.
HOW WILL MY ART PRINT SHIP?
All unframed and framed art prints will ship directly from our partner Simply Framed. Unframed are prints will ship within 2 weeks and framed art prints will ship within 4 weeks, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. All other goods in your order will ship separately.
WHAT FRAMING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer framing color options in Natural, White, and Black. Our framed art prints can either come with or without a mat. Final frame sizes with or without a mat along with the corresponding art print size can be found on each art print product page by clicking on the "FRAMING" tab and going to "dimensions".
