HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders ship Monday through Friday from the US and are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping typically arrives within 2–6 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Free domestic shipping is available on orders $75+ ($7.95 flat rate otherwise). Free Standard International shipping is available on orders $150+. International shipping rates vary by destination and will be shown at checkout before purchase.

WHAT IS SHIPPING PROTECTION?

Shipping Protection is an optional service available at checkout that covers your order in the event of loss or theft during transit. If selected, we will replace your order if it is confirmed lost in transit or marked delivered but not received. Orders placed without Shipping Protection are not eligible for replacement in the event of loss or theft once marked delivered.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED IN TRANSIT?

Tracking information in your shipping confirmation email reflects the most current status available from the carrier. If you notice a delay before delivery, please contact the carrier directly for the quickest resolution. If tracking has not updated for an extended period prior to delivery, please email us for assistance.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship to Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, and the United Kingdom. Delivery timelines vary by destination and shipping method. Standard International delivery typically arrives within 5–16 business days and will be delivered by your country’s local postal carrier once it clears customs. In select countries, an Express International option is available and typically arrives within 3–5 business days. Shipping options and estimated delivery windows will be shown at checkout.

ARE YOU AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?

Customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be charged by your country or carrier. These fees vary and we’re unable to estimate them. Any import-related charges are the customer’s responsibility. If an order is returned due to unpaid fees, we’ll issue a refund once it arrives back at our warehouse, minus shipping costs and our restocking fee.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our goods. We do understand that things may shift around during the shipping process and can accommodate on a case by case basis. Please email us directly if you have received a damaged, incorrect, or missing good.

WHAT IS COFFEE CLUB?

The Cultivating Conversations Coffee Club is an intimate in-person gathering built around one simple idea: that genuine connection is possible, even between strangers. Each club brings together 11 guests and one host at a local coffee shop for guided conversation using the Cultivating Conversations Card Deck. You arrive not knowing anyone. That part changes quickly.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY TICKET?

Your ticket includes one complimentary drink of your choice, the exclusive Coffee Club Tote, an Open Journal in Espresso, a Reflection Pen, and a travel-size Last Light scent from Henry Rose.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET?

Your digital ticket and everything you need to know about your club, including the date, time, and coffee shop location, will arrive by email within 10 minutes of placing your order. If it does not show up right away, please check your junk folder.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN I ARRIVE?

Arrive at the coffee shop at the start time on your ticket. Show your digital ticket at the counter to redeem your complimentary drink, then find your host who will welcome you in and get everyone settled. The club opens with introductions before your host guides the group through the Cultivating Conversations game. The gathering runs about one and a half hours.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE AT MY CLUB?

Each club is intentionally kept small, 11 guests and one host. That intimacy is the whole point.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

Just yourself. Everything you need will be there when you arrive.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT ATTEND?

Your tote, journal, pen, and scent are distributed at the event only and will not be shipped or made available for pickup if you are unable to make it. We want every seat to be filled and every guest to get the full experience, so please let us know as soon as you can if your plans change.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Tickets are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible. If someone on the waitlist purchases your spot, we will issue a full refund. The sooner you reach out, the better our chances of making that happen.
