HOW ARE WH GOODS DIFFERENT?

We believe that the intention behind our products is what sets us a part from other brands in our space. We use recycled paper stocks that are not only less of an impact on our planet, but feel luxe to the touch. The intention behind our designs allows our community to feel thought-of when using a Wilde House good. Ultimately, we aim to consider every detail and we believe that makes a difference.

WHERE CAN I FIND WH GOODS LOCAL TO ME?

Wilde House Paper is carried by over 500 stores throughout the world. From small boutiques to familiar lifestyle stores, we are fortunate to be able to bring WH to you locally through our variety of stockists.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RELEASE NEW PRODUCTS?

We are very mindful about bringing new designs into our collection to ensure every WH goods serves its mission of connection. We plan add new products to our line seasonally through art updates and mindful additions that complement the season that our community is in. We are also diving deeper into brand collaborations that allow us to bring our design perspective to different mediums.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday and are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping takes between 2-6 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping is available at checkout but please be aware of processing times when selecting this option. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that contains tracking information.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! All international orders ship via DHL and take between 7-15 business days to arrive. Final delivery for international orders is completed by your local postal service.

HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST?

International shipping costs vary by country. Orders $50+ qualify for complimentary shipping and orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $9.95 USD for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. Orders $150+ qualify for complimentary shipping and orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $19.95 USD for all other countries that were not mentioned above. Please keep in mind that customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be charged by your country or the carrier. These fees vary by country and carrier so we are not able to provide an estimate. Any additional charges that are incurred while importing our goods are the customer's responsibility.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

The tracking information that was provided when your order shipped will have the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your package. Please email us directly if your package seems to be lost in transit based on the tracking information.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our goods. We do understand that things may shift around during the shipping process and can accommodate on a case by case basis. Please email us directly if you have received a damaged, incorrect, or missing good.

DOES YOUR ORDER CONTAIN ART?

All unframed or framed art will ship directly from our partner Simply Framed. Unframed art will ship within 2 weeks and framed art will ship within 4 weeks. HOW DOES FRAMING WORK?

All prints are framed by hand in made to order museum quality frames through our partnership with Simply Framed. Sourced from the US and created with solid maple, we offer framing color options in Natural, White, and Black. Frames come complete with UV-shielding plexiglass and are pre-installed with hanging accessories for seamless installation.

HOW WILL MY ART PRINT SHIP?

All unframed and framed art prints will ship directly from our partner Simply Framed. Unframed art prints will ship within 2 weeks and framed art prints will ship within 4 weeks, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. All other goods in your order will ship separately.

WHAT FRAMING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer framing color options in Natural, White, and Black. Our framed art prints can either come with or without a mat. Final frame sizes with or without a mat along with the corresponding art print size can be found on each art print product page by clicking on the "FRAMING" tab and going to "dimensions".

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS ON ART PRINTS?

Please note all unframed and framed art prints are made to order and therefore purchases of either are considered final at the time of checkout. We do not accept returns on unframed or framed art prints.

HOW ARE WH GOODS SUSTAINABLE?

Our collection of paper goods is made sustainable by the use of luxe recycled paper. Paper that feels different than the rest and makes a difference. Sourcing our paper from mills across the US, the paper that composes our collection uses a variety of sustainable solutions ranging from sotcks made with post-consumer waste to stocks made from cotton fibers upcycled from the excess of the fashion industry.

WHERE ARE WH GOODS PRODUCED?

Created in California, our collection reflects the aesthetics and values of our surrounding. In our manufacturing processes, we aim to lessen our footprint by sourcing from our local economy. We source paper from mills based throughout the US and work solely with local printing partners based across California that share our value system. We are proud to say that our collection is 100% made in the US.

WHY DO YOU PLANT A TREE FOR EVERY ORDER?

Through our partner, One Tree Planted, a nonprofit organization with a focus on global reforestation, we have committed to planting one tree in California for every order placed. With this conscious cycle of consumption, the tree that is planted for your order will provide the natural resources for our products to regenerate and help restore our Earth together.

HOW DO YOU OFFSET THE CARBON EMITTED FROM SHIPPING EACH ORDER?

As an online brand it is a necessity for us to rely on shipping partners to transport our goods to their final home. We recognize that this increases carbon emissions that contribute to climate change. In order to offset this environmental footprint, we have partnered with Pachama whose mission is to solve climate change by restoring nature. They calculate the total emissions generated from shipping your order, based off the weight and distance. We then donate to Pachama who contributes those donations to forest protection initiatives that will offset the carbon that was initially emitted.
