HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday from the US and are processed within 2 business days. Standard domestic shipping takes 2-6 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping is available at checkout but please be aware of processing times when selecting this option. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that contains tracking information.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, to the following countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. We do not currently ship to any other countries not mentioned above. All international orders ship via DHL Ecommerce where final delivery is completed by your country's local postal service. This service typically takes between 7-15 business days but can take longer depending on customs.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Domestic shipping is free for orders $50+ or for a flat rate of $6.95 USD otherwise. International and noncontiguous US shipping is free for orders $75+ or for a flat rate of $9.95 USD otherwise.

ARE YOU AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?

Please keep in mind that customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be charged by your country or the carrier. These fees vary by country and carrier so we are not able to provide an estimate. Any additional charges that are incurred while importing our goods are the customer's responsibility. If your order does not clear customs and is returned to us, then we will only be able to refund your order after the goods have safely been delivered back to our warehouse. Your refund will be for the amount of your order minus the cost of shipping and our warehouse's restocking fee.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

The tracking information that was provided when your order shipped will have the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your package. Please email us directly if your package seems to be lost in transit based on the tracking information.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our goods. We do understand that things may shift around during the shipping process and can accommodate on a case by case basis. Please email us directly if you have received a damaged, incorrect, or missing good.
