We’re looking for an organized and intentional individual to manage our our social channels, Instagram + TikTok, and help expand our community by nurturing existing relationships and identifying new, aligned opportunities for growth. This role requires strong organization, accountability, and a natural feel for our brand voice and the evolving pulse of our community.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage all templated Instagram content (posts + stories) according to the set social calendar
• Collaborate closely with our community to develop high-quality UGC, while crafting compelling + converting video edits for TikTok
• Lead the social efforts of our Cultivating Conversations Coffee Club
• Respond to all DMs, comments + relevant tagged posts on our account within 24 hours
• Cultivate new community relationships weekly by following prospect accounts (brands + individuals) and engaging with their content
• Lead 1 community social initiative per month based on the monthly intention and product focuses
• Lead our gifting strategy with a set monthly budget with the goal of brand exposure, genuine relationship building + quality UGC
• Create content, as needed
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a direct to consumer brand around social management, strategy, gifting + community building
• Utilize Slack, Trello, Milanote and email in an organized and efficient manner to communicate with our team, get answers to questions, and organize content
• A strong, intuitive grasp of TikTok’s landscape, with a real-time pulse on trending audios, the ability to craft compelling, high-converting edits, and hands-on experience navigating TikTok Affiliate Center for seamless gifting and creator partnerships.
• Attend a weekly call with our Founder + Creative Director to touch base on upcoming initiatives
• Maintain an attention-to-detail mindset when responding to DMs, comments, email and internal communications to ensure brand voice and professionalism is on point
