We are looking for a personable Content & Community Manager with who has an intuitive creative eye and serves as a natural embodiment of our brand ethos.


The Content & Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing the content strategy on all WH platforms as well as managing the growth and success of our Wilde Woman Affiliate Community.  The successful candidate will be a self-starter with an aligned creative eye, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently to execute social campaigns across various channels. They will also need to collaborate/partner closely with our Founder + Creative Director, Megan, and be a strategic thinker who can identify new opportunities and pivot as needed.

This is a full-time role that is 100% remote.



  • Immerse yourself into the brand equity, mission and purpose to constantly elevate and embody the Wilde House Paper brand.

  • Work hand in hand with creative + copy to execute holistic storytelling across all launches and content streams to life.

  • Develop and execute our brand content and social media strategy; including but not limited to social photos/videos, PDP copy/assets, web and blog, while ensuring that all aligns with our brand values and resonates with our target audience. 

  • Develop and manage the content and campaign calendar – creating strategic stories and go-to-market content for 360’s.

  • Schedule content for all platforms and engage with our organic social community through our various channels.

  • Manage the Wilde Woman Affiliate Community through outreach to potential affiliates, maintaining current affiliate relationships and leading quarterly calls and events.

  • Manage and build influencer/content creator relationships through strategic giftings; focusing on newness and core products.

  • Source and manage aligned content creators to execute brand campaigns.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry.

  • Strong communication and project management skills.

  • Experience with 360 marketing tactics across email/SMS, affiliate/influencer programs, paid advertising platforms, content, social media and influencer. 

  • Strong photo and video editing skills.

  • Experience working within Shopify, Klaviyo and relevant social platforms (Instagram, TikTok + Pinterest).

  • Able to write copy within the Wilde House Paper brand voice and innovate within that.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for creating engaging content that tells a story.

  • Analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform content strategies.

  • Able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-moving, startup environment.
