Role + Responsibilities

We’re hiring a Retreat Partnerships Lead to bring the Open Journal into the hands of aligned retreat leaders around the world. This flexible commission-based role is ideal for someone already connected in the wellness or retreat space who’s excited to share a meaningful and easy to integrate journaling experience. You’ll be equipped with thoughtful training, sales tools, and a streamlined discount system to help retreat hosts seamlessly offer journaling sessions as part of their programming, with generous commissions on every order.

Responsibilities:

Connect weekly with aligned retreat leaders via email or intro calls to introduce the Open Journal as a journaling solution for their retreat

• Present the product and digital experience clearly using the provided deck and training materials

• Guide retreat leaders through the purchasing process using your personalized discount code and tiered pricing

• Log weekly outreach and lead updates in Trello to keep the team aligned on momentum and opportunities

• Track new accounts, follow-up consistently, and support reorders with care

• Act as a brand partner by surfacing collaboration ideas or warm referrals from the retreat space

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant sales experience

• Maintain a steady outreach rhythm that generates meaningful conversations with 5–10 new retreat leaders per week

• Use Trello, Milanote, and Slack in an organized, timely, and intentional way to track leads, update progress, and communicate with the team

• Attend a bi-weekly check-in call with our CEO to review pipeline, share wins, and offer insights from the field

• Proactively share product feedback, retreat leader questions, or market trends to help evolve our sales tools and strategy
