The Routine Challenge is a free 10-week email series that accompanies your Morning or Night Routine Journal. Each week, you'll receive an email with a new theme, a deeper teaching, a few prompts, and curated resources to help you build a routine rooted in why, not willpower.

Just your journal and an email address. Sign up once, and you'll automatically receive each week's email for the full 10 weeks. No app, no extra purchase, nothing else required.

The challenge begins the week you sign up. Each week builds on the one before it, so you can start anytime and move through all 10 weeks at your own pace.

Each week includes a short teaching that goes deeper into that week's theme, a tip from our Founder, and a couple of curated essays, podcasts or books to read alongside your journal.

We redesigned these journals in June 2026. If you purchased your journal before then, your format will look a little different, but you still have full access to this more robust version of the challenge.
