Introducing: Monthly Mindfulness
A two-part monthly series to bring moments of mindfulness into your month through setting intentions, responding with prompts and pausing to reflect. Based on our two inspired by topics for April derived from our April Mood – Balance & Strength – we crafted guided intentions to set for the month ahead and tailored journal prompts to respond throughout your month. We're so excited about continuing to bring the impactful content that resides within our 2023 Intentional Calendar into practical uses for you to dive deeper in connection with yourself and with others.
