The Routine Challenge
A 10 week challenge to cultivate your ideal morning or night routine.
Over the course of 66 days, you will commit to carving out space in your day to prioritize your growth. Through the use of our best selling Routine Journals, you will be guided in creating your ideal routine and being held accountable each day through the habit tracker. By defining 3 daily rituals that you want to turn into habits, each day you will perform those rituals and record your personal evolution through a journal entry.
Depending on whether you a looking to hone in our morning or night routine, all you need is one of our Routine Journals. All of the other resources are provided here as well as via email once you purchase a journal on our site.
We kicked off this challenge as a community in October 2023, although it is designed so that you can join at any time and go at your own pace! All you need is a journal to start and you can be guided through the weekly resources and case studies below.
From our original community challenge, we included all resources available here as well as a weekly email series that you can sign up for once you purchase a journal.
The weekly resources include an inspiring article, informative graphics as well as case studies from real women in our community who let us into their evolution through the challenge.
We asked 6 women in our community to bring us along in their evolution over the course of the 10 week challenge. Each week, we highlight new women who share vulnerably about how they are sticking with the process of creating their new routines. The results were extremely inspiring and these case studies serve as a valuable resource for you as you work your way through each week.
