Simply fill in the empty squares with small moments you wish to allocate time for during the week. Each day, cross off one square to ensure you stay committed to prioritizing the small moments that bring you joy.

• 5.5’’ x 7.5’’ – 50 sheets


  • ( 01 ) Fill in the blank spots with activities, big or small, that will spark joy for you this week.
  • ( 02 ) Cross out five in a row to win or play a game of blackout to challenge yourself.
  • ( 03 ) To play with your partner, family or roommate: Fill out the board together and tape it to your fridge. Cross out activities that you do solo or together throughout the week.
  • ( 04 ) To play with friends: Fill a sheet out and give it to friend to play solo or together.
