February is a month that culturally oozes with self love. I have always been fascinated by the 5 love languages and find a lot of value within them for how I interact in my relationships. Mine is quality time. I am someone who is really conscious about time and so when someone gives me their undivided attention, I feel a deep sense of love. My fiancé knows this as well as my friends, but it got me thinking about how do I give myself quality time to show myself love? I crave time spent in solitude. It feels like I have space to breathe and bask in my own energy, rather than take on the energy or output that is expected when I am around others. It's where most of my creative ideas spark and the quietness around me lets my inner voice speak more clearly.
