When you let go of what is not meant for you, you make room for what is.
We've all been there, holding on tightly to things, people, or ideals that no longer serve us. Maybe it's a toxic relationship that drains our energy or the unrealistic expectations we set for ourselves. Whatever it is, clinging to the familiar can feel safe, but it also keeps us stuck in a stagnant state of being. The idea of letting go seems so simple but it's almost against our nature as motivated beings. Letting go can surface feelings from your inner critic as weak or that you are not trying hard enough to make it work. When we can reframe this hardwired feeling to it's not about giving up or abandoning ship; it's about making room for what truly matters in our lives. Just like pruning a tree allows for new growth, letting go of what no longer serves us frees up space for something better to take root.
