This week marks the halfway point for our Routine Community Challenge. It's been surreal to see the growth that is coming from our community by committing to three daily rituals that are slowly forming into habits. Now looking back at the past 5 weeks, the dedication of setting aside time for yourself to work on the you that you are becoming is beginning to pay off but it's not to say that it hasn't come with it's own challenges. I'm sure the start of this challenge felt new and exciting – making your dedication more of a treat than a chore. As you approach the halfway point, you might find it harder to stay committed with the excuses growing louder. When self limitations like this arise, this is the perfect time to push through by reminding yourself that your old self would have given up at this point and that's the whole point of this challenge – to go beyond the limitations you've set to finally become the person that you want to be. This is where the idea of progress over perfection becomes a new foundation to your daily living.
The intention behind this challenge and our Routine Journals as tools are to support your growth towards the version of you that you've always wanted to become. Growth is a result of progress, not perfection.
