Self is a word that holds a multitude of definitions. Self is you, but you are the makeup of your physical form, your mental capacity and emotional well-being. Self is also lived in three phases: the past self, the present self and the future selves. The perception we have about our past or future selves relates to our perception of our present self. The past self has no tangible value and the future self does not exist without the present self. When you really sit into that thought, you realize the only moment that matters is the present.
As we near the final stages of our Routine Community Challenge, want to create the space to take inventory of your evolutions of self throughout the span of this challenge. Think back to the person you were before starting the challenge, who you are now and who you hope to continue to evolve into.
