We listened closely to our community to understand their biggest journaling challenges, and two clear themes emerged: not knowing where to start and struggling to stay consistent. We recognized that simply adding another lined journal to the market wouldn’t address these issues. That’s why we created the Open Journal, which comes with free access to transformative 7-day courses. These courses are designed to truly inspire and support you in discovering your unique journaling practice, ensuring that your journal doesn’t remain blank. Each course is only a week long, and we promise you’ll experience the subtle yet profound shifts that a dedicated journaling practice can bring.
